No. We are a private Ukrainian tour operator. Routes stay inside government-controlled Ukraine. We do not operate to Crimea or to non-government-controlled areas.
Carriers are licensed and vehicles are insured. If an alert sounds, the guide moves the group to the nearest shelter and rebuilds the schedule around it. Stops may be swapped or dropped for safety, and prepaid entries are refunded when a stop is cancelled for that reason.
A 30% deposit holds the seat and the balance is due 7 days before departure. Cancel 72 hours or more before departure for a full deposit refund. Later cancellations follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Date changes are free up to 7 days before departure, subject to seat availability, and the transfer rules are published with each route under change rules. Passing the booking to another person is allowed at any time before departure.
Yes. Prices are shown as from, per person, based on two people sharing a twin room. Solo travellers pay a single supplement, and the final price depends on availability and hotel category.
